Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Developer (RTOS) with strong expertise in application, firmware, and low-level embedded software development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing embedded software using RTOS, working with microcontrollers, interfacing with devices, communication protocol stacks, and IoT protocols.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain embedded applications, firmware, and low-level software.
· Design, develop, and debug firmware for RTOS-based embedded systems.
· Develop applications for microcontroller-based platforms.
· Implement and integrate communication protocol stacks.
· Develop and optimize IoT-enabled embedded applications.
· Perform firmware debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
· Collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure seamless system integration.
· Support product development throughout the complete lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
Required Skills
· Embedded C/C++ Programming
· Firmware Development
· Low-Level Embedded Software Development
· RTOS (FreeRTOS or equivalent)
· Microcontrollers (STM32 / ESP32 / TI AM2xx)
· Communication Protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB, Ethernet)
· IoT Protocols (MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, CoAP)
· Embedded Debugging and Troubleshooting
Soft Skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience
· 3–5 years of experience in Embedded Software/Firmware Development.
· Hands-on experience in application, firmware, and low-level embedded development.
· Experience working with RTOS-based systems (FreeRTOS or equivalent).
· Strong experience with STM32, ESP32, or TI AM2xx microcontrollers.
· Experience in implementing communication protocol stacks.
· Knowledge of IoT communication protocols such as MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS, and CoAP.
· Experience in firmware debugging, validation, and optimization.
Good to Have
· Experience with embedded Linux.
· Knowledge of bootloaders and BSP development.
· Familiarity with Git and CI/CD workflows.
· Exposure to IoT product development.
